Leading Proxy Advisory Firm Recommends Northair's Shareholders Vote For The Proposed Business Combination With Kootenay Silver

Northair Silver Corp. (TSXV: INM) (the "Company" or "Northair") is pleased to announce that Institutional Shareholder Services ("ISS"), a leading independent proxy advisory firm, have recommended that shareholders vote FOR the special resolution to approve the proposed plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") with respect to the Northair business combination with Kootenay Silver Inc. (TSXV: KTN) ("Kootenay").
